Wendy Clar has represented a diverse array of family law clients. Her mental health background gives her a unique perspective in understanding the complex emotions individuals experience in family law cases. It also assists her in being able to communicate effectively with her family law clients. Wendy's mental health background includes providing play therapy to maltreated children, family therapy, individual therapy and couples therapy.
Assisting individuals with limited financial resources, providing pro bono services and working with individuals by providing payment plans is an important part of Wendy's practice as she believes that all individuals deserve to have quality legal representation at affordable rates. In 2010, Wendy was awarded the Pro Bono Publico Award by the Indiana Bar Foundation.
Wendy serves several counties including, but not limited to: Hamilton, Boone, Marion, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Tipton, Hancock and Montgomery.
Wendy's volunteer activities include the Hamilton County Guardian Ad Litem Program and the Hamilton County Mock Trial Competition as well as the Indiana State Mock Trial Competition.
Bar admissions include New Jersey-1998, New York-1999 and Indiana-2006.
